Your income is directly related to how well you qualify your own business and how well you teach others in your organization to do the same. It solidifies your income and puts you in control, because if you do not qualify your business the 5% rolls up to your upline. Simply put: - You joined this "Mission Driven Company" and purchased a Juice Plus+ franchise for $50.00. If you don't know, love or care about changing the lives of at least 40 people , why did you join the mission and come into this business? What type of mission will you have and lead if that is not the basis for why you are doing this? Training everyone on your team to be consistent in qualifying and then Self Qualifying their business is KEY to your achieving significant success for everyone and supports growing into Club Level Position for everyone. A qualified business earns over $6,000 per year on average. Three to 11 qualified businesses within your organization will earn you over $15,000 per year on average. Twelve to 38 qualified businesses within our organization have the potential to produce over $40,000 per year on average. And 39 or more qualifying businesses within your organization can amount to over $120,000 per year on average. There is NO limit to how many qualifying businesses you can have in your organization. The number of qualifiers writes your paycheck, and there is NO limit to your income!! Once established, your customer base will become your distributor pool. A minimum of 10% of your customers will join your business and mission. So by having 40 Preferred customers you can expect at least 4 new team members per year from that one activity alone! Other Important Information about qualifying your business: 1. 1000 PVC = 5% Performance bonus. 2. This 1000 PVC is on "paid" PVC (what you are getting paid on for that month; i.e., customer on installment program. As our customers pay the company, we are paid) 3. Once your front-line Distributors become a VF, their volume NO longer counts toward your total 1000 PVC for performance bonus. (you are paid on their volume but the volume does not count for the 1000 PVC's) This is why you want to add new Customers and Self Qualify . You always want to promote your team. It is the proven way to continue growing. 4. Once you have over 1000 PVC in Performance Bonus for any given month, the company will credit you with "excess" PVC to a maximum of 1000 in a "bank" to draw from if you are a little short the next month. However, make it your goal to have 1000 PVC EVERY month. A Super Simple formula using the acronym: "WD40" ~Build Wide, Work 5, and have 40 ~ Build your organization WIDE and DEEP and have 40 personal Preferred Customers
To understand and easily find the numbers, use the Downline Growth and Current PVC Report. Go to column 6. the abbreviation" Pref Cust" is the number of personal preferred customers. Next to that is "Cust PV," and THAT number indicates how many points (or PV) their customer base contributes toward qualification. Teach your team how to find the numbers and track it for themselves. It's easy to create a check with a "comma" in it! As a SC with 40- trio orders you will be paid $760 residual income per month in retail profit and commission. The numbers are simple. Forty (40) trios will generate $760 per month vs. 24 trios will generate $456. That difference alone adds $304 to your paycheck each month. Do this, and teach your team to do the same and the sky is the limit. So, whether this is your life's work or part-time passion, maximize your time and effort.
